How do I become a Master Gardener?

WSU Extension trains volunteers via an intensive course that includes classes on basic botany, integrated pest management, soil science, plant problem diagnosis, and many more subjects.  In return for the training, volunteers are expected to provide 100 hours of service working on Master Gardener projects over two years.  There is a fee, which may be waived.
